I first obtained my real estate license in 1986. The next 12 years I spent in New Home Sales in the Los Angeles/Orange County area representing some of the largest, most reputable home builders in the state. In 1998, I relocated to Virginia, with the intent to continue my real estate career. But a new opportunity presented itself, with the advent of the Internet.
I spent the next two decades using my knowledge of the real estate industry to create websites for dozens of REALTORS and real estate offices across the country. As the industry developed, I created my own digital marketing company, which included Social Media marketing, organic search engine optimization, creating digital magazines, in addition to website development. For the past decade, I have been the in-house Digital Marketing Director for the Coldwell Banker Franchise in Williamsburg, Virginia.
In 2016, my husband and I were looking for a community to spend our retirement years, and Las Vegas was the one area that stood above the rest. Entertainment options, every imaginable cuisine available, a melting pot of culture, and no state income taxes, just to name a few.
With this move came my desire to re-position myself the field of Real Estate, to work with the most important part of the industry; the people it serves. I am able to combine my first-hand knowledge of real estate sale with my decades of marketing experience.
When it came time to select a real estate brand, Coldwell Banker was the obvious choice. The products that Coldwell Banker offers their agents allows them to best serve their clients, which results in a win-win for all involved in the transaction, something that matters a great deal to me. I chose Coldwell Banker Premier Realty, in part because of their reputation for agent support, which puts client satisfaction at the forefront of their business philosophy.
My Goal is to be the real estate professional that you can rely on. The one you can feel good about referring to your friends and family. Someone you can turn to with any real estate question, whether you are actively looking to buy or sell a home, or just curious about current market conditions.
